Who processes your data

What we collect and why

We only process the data you give us when you write through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.

There is a single purpose: to read your message and reply to it. You are not added to any mailing list, you receive no marketing and no profiling is carried out.

No special categories of data are collected (health, beliefs, origin, etc.). Please do not include them in the free-text message either: they are not needed to reply to you.

On what legal basis

Your consent, given expressly by ticking the box on the form before sending it (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to maxprodfilms@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept for up to two years from our last contact with you, and are then deleted.

If you ask us to delete them sooner, we delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

Nobody for their own purposes. Data is not sold, not shared with third parties for advertising and not used for anything other than replying to you.

The providers that run the website do take part, acting as data processors under our instructions:

· Cloudflare, Inc. — site hosting and content delivery network.

· Render Services, Inc. — server running the content management system.

· Supabase, Inc. — content management database, hosted in the European Union.

· Resend, Inc. — delivery of the email carrying your message.

· Google Ireland Ltd. — Gmail mailbox where the message is received.

· Backblaze, Inc. — encrypted backups.

Visitor analytics uses Umami, self-hosted on our own server: audience data does not travel to any third-party company.

International transfers

Cloudflare, Resend, Google and Backblaze are US companies and may process data outside the European Economic Area, backups included.

Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability and withdraw any consent given.

To exercise them just write to maxprodfilms@gmail.com saying what you want. You do not need to send a copy of your ID.

If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

The site is always served encrypted (HTTPS) and the form is protected against automated submissions.

Server error reports never include form content or personal data.
